Hyuna Ice Cream MV Inspired Makeup Tutorial: Simple Look With A Colorful Twist

Hyuna (현아) pulled off the funky style and crazy outfits once again in her recently released music video for her title song Ice Cream, featured in her 2nd mini album. The colorful vibe and her simple yet fun makeup look instantly caught my eye.

You may not know her name, but you probably recognize her from the now world famous Gangnam Style. Yes, she is the girl who danced with Psy inside the subway station. Hyuna is also a member of the popular Korean group, 4Minute.

Although I’m not fond of her look in Gangnam Style, I do usually really like Hyuna’s makeup looks. She wears mostly the same look in her music video but changes up the eye makeup color a bit for the various scenes.

I’ve been lusting after this Ciaté Caviar Manicure kit and finally took it home recently. The UK beauty brand launched its “revolutionary” nail art kits earlier this year, and they have been garnering talks amount beauty blogs. So, I’ve played around with the set and put it to the ultimate test to see if it’s really that amazing.

The kit comes in 3 variations, and I picked up the one in Black Pearls. I can see Rainbow as a lovely color for Summer.
