Makeup be gone! Roundup of makeup removers

Every night, I make sure to remove all the makeup on my face. Yes, even if I'm exhausted and sleeping is a question of survival.

And can somebody press pause on time? It's already March! Holy crap, mid-March actually.

CLEAN & CLEAR SOOTHING EYE MAKEUP REMOVER: Effectively removes all my waterproof eye makeup. Even those stubborn japanese mascara! I'll repeat myself but this is my HG eye makeup remover! I will repurchase it again and again!

CLINIQUE TAKE THE DAY OFF MAKEUP REMOVER: I got this as a deluxe sample and read raves about it. It removes makeup slightly better than my fellow HG Clean & Clear, but price wise, I wouldn't spend over 20$ for something that I have to restock every month or so. Overall, it's a really nice remover for stubborn waterproof makeup and would recommend.

CAUDALIE MAKE-UP REMOVER CLEANSING WATER: Forget removing waterproof makeup with this. I didn't have much success but I use it on my face whenever I have light makeup on. It gets almost everything off, but I always use a cleanser afterwards too because of its weird filmy feeling and to make sure I don't have any residue left. It's nice for light makeup days, but I don't think I would repurchase.

SHU UEMURA ULTIME8 SUBLIME BEAUTY CLEANSING OIL: This one is my *full face makeup only* remover. It was quiet a splurge and I must admit it feels luxurious to use it! Cleansing oil are known for effectively removing all makeup and this is no exception. I didn't felt the need to use another cleanser afterwards, it didn't left any film or greasy feeling. In fact, it only left my skin baby smooth and radiant! However, my skin and cleansing oil don't seem to agree with each other.. When I use it too often (3-4 days in a row) my skin gets a bit itchy, so I have to be careful. I discovered that my skin is intolerant to certain face oil, but if you don't have any issues, I would highly recommend you check these out!
