Marilyn Monroe: A British Love Affair is a new exhibition launching later this month at the Hatton Gallery.
The exhibition showcases photographs and magazine covers of the pin up, spanning from 1947 to 1962.
Celebrating Monroe’s transformation in this period, the exhibition also highlights the British photographers and personalities who worked with her.
Pictures on display include Antony Beauchamp’s poses of Monroe in a yellow bikini and Cecil Beaton’s iconic image of the Hollywood star clutching a rose.
The exhibition runs from 25 January to 17 May 2014.
